Of course! You want two refrigerators? No problem! One stove for the kitchen and one for the service kitchen? Great!

In the personal composition program, you can choose whichever and as many products as you like, compose the monthly payment as you please.

When opening the door of the dishwasher, a security sensor is activated and immediately stops the operation of the product so that it won’t spray hot water on the user’s face. This sensor is according to the Israeli standard and Electrikal is not allowed to disconnect it. All dishwashers offered on the market comply with the same restrictions. If you know a dishwasher that is suited for Shabbat use, it means its owner brought in a technician to deactivate the sensor.

The refrigerators were tested and approved for Shabbat use by Zomet Institute, given that they have a Shabbat switch installed.

In case you wish to select this option when ordering the refrigerator, the switch will be installed at an additional fee as mentioned on the product page.

Questions about service and installation

Termination of the program during the period is not possible, the deal is for 5 years.

If you prefer to have the option to terminate the contract at any moment after 18 months, we recommend you to choose the “Minimum Commitment” option (the conditions of this option are specified here).

Once the products have been installed at the client’s house, they cannot be replaced.

When switching apartments, you must update the company of your new address to keep your warranty. It is your own responsibility to safely transfer the products without causing damage.

At the end of the rental period, you can choose one of 3 options:

  1. Continue to an extra year at a reduced monthly payment (-25%) and at the end of the 6th year, the products will be yours.
  2. Give us back the products and we will collect them at our own expense.
  3. Purchase the products for 250 NIS per product.

Products given as gifts do not need to be returned, of course!

In case the product is not in stock or it cannot be ordered, you can choose a similar product or call customer service to explore further possibilities.

Before placing your order it is important to measure and make sure the product is suitable in its size to the space you wish to place it and to the passages in the house including the elevator and stairway. In case it is not – please mention it when placing the order – special adjustments could cause additional fees that are not included in the price of the deal. In addition, it is important to make sure that the electricity infrastructure/water entries/sewage port/vents are working properly (according to the product requirements).

In order to make sure you checked everything correctly, you can contact us and our agents will call you back to make sure there are no installation problems.

Of course! All you need to do is mention, when placing the order, that you would like us to collect an old appliance.

Place the order on the website and when inserting the delivery date, mention the estimated delivery date and mention it in the comments. We will contact you a week before to schedule a final delivery date.

You can sleep calmly for the next 5 years. The service includes delivery, assembly/installation, warranty, and repair service for 5 years.

The service includes wear-out caused by reasonable use. The warranty does not include repairing damages due to negligence or malice damage or operating the product contradicting to the manufacturer's instructions.

It is your own responsibility to make sure that the proper infrastructures are available in the apartment for the correct functioning of the product – by the time the product is delivered at your place.

Just like for any other product at your house. Our program does not include warranty or insurance in cases of fire or theft of the products.

Questions about executing a transaction

On the day of the installation, the presence of a person above the age of 18 is required to confirm that you received the products and found them to your liking.

In case you chose the Off-Bank Financing option, the executor of the transaction will have to sign the forms of the financing company on that day.

When placing the order, make sure you inform us which time suits you best and we will try to coordinate that with the delivery company.

The financing company performs eligibility examinations for each request. For the purpose of the examination, you need a credit card and an active bank account (not at the post bank).

The monthly charge is deducted by direct debit from your account and not from your credit card.

In case you didn’t receive the approval from the financing company, you can choose the “One-Time Payment” option or the “Minimum Commitment” option using your credit card.
